The instructions:

Since the 17th is the day after Pesach ends, we're going to celebrate The Return of Chometz!

Everyone can pick the libation of choice, but

• It must be based on wheat, rye, oats, barley, spelt, so
• Beer is good,
• Cocktails based on rye, whisk(e)y, vodka(real wheat-based, not potato or corn), etc., but
• No wine (unless you add a shot of whiskey, BLECH),
• No rum (molasses, sugar cane, y'know),
• Bourbon is mostly corn, so the rabbinate is still out on this one.
