Notes:
Nine bottles were opened. There were three bottles of each of the listed wines.
- One was opened a week in advance, decanted into two bottles (375ml into two 750ml bottles), and vacu-vin'ed. Each was opened twice during the week and swirled (changing the air in the bottle).
- One was opened four hours prior to tasting and left unsealed.
- One was opened just prior to serving.
All bottles were placed in brown bags. All white wines were chilled until served.
